So I tried to make another cake in my Morphy Richards bread maker and the cake was heavy again. I have no idea what I’m doing wrong but it wasn’t greasy like the first one. It had some flavour but was just too heavy to be enjoyable. Has anyone made cake in a bread maker and got some decent recipes? My favourite cake recipe is failing in the bread maker and I adore pineapple upside down cake.
